    Chicken Caesar Wraps

    Ingredients

    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
    • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1 pound boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    • 8 ounces sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
    • flour tortillas
    • romaine lettuce, chopped

    Instructions

    Serving Size : 4. In a large self-closing plastic bag combine first 4 ingredients. Add chicken to bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and arrange on the rack. Grill 10-14 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and cut into strips. In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients. Place Romaine and sliced chicken in warmed tortilla. Top with dressing. Fold tortilla.

    I've always enjoyed chicken caesar wraps. Especially the ones produced by a couple of supermarkets. This is a nice recipe for making some at home. I would add a little bit of shredded cheese (jack or cheddar) to the wraps as I was making them. A little sprinkle of crumbled bacon is also a nice addition to it. Good recipe for making these simple, yet very tasty wraps. Thanks for posting this!
