Yum! After reading this recipe I'm ready to run out and grab a baquette from the local store and whip this up. One suggestion I have is to use a lower sodium taco seasoning since I find the regular ones are very salty to my tastes. I've been looking for something different to do in place of regular tacos and this is a wonderful idea.
