My wife and I both love Arbys, particularly their new sliders as well as their version of the gyro. I've always liked their Beef-N-Cheddar, though I've always added a generous glop of their Horsey Sauce whenever I've gotten one. This is a really good approximation of the basic Beef-N-Cheddar, though when I make these, I leave off the Arby sauce and replace it with a horseradish sauce.
