"This sandwich is called the Spicy Southerner. It's a combination of three southern favorites - Fried Green Tomatoes (Cajun style), a signature Pimento Cheese recipe and Bacon Bourbon Jam. If you're in a pinch for time you can use store bought Pimento Cheese and/or Bacon Jam, but we recommend homemade if you have time. These three southern classics combine to make a sandwich that's nothing less than heaven on two slices of bread! Everyone will love it!"
