Slow Cooker Crack Chicken Sandwiches

"So what exactly are these Slow Cooker Crack Chicken Sandwiches? Crack chicken dip took the interwebs by storm because it’s addictive…kinda like, well, crack. It’s not exactly my first choice for a recipe name, but that’s ok. Crack chicken is what it is, so we’re rolling with it. Crack chicken dip is one of those party dips that is crazy easy to make, and there are hardly ever any leftovers. It’s delicious! Crack chicken is insanely easy to make, too. All you need is some boneless, skinless chicken breasts, powdered ranch seasoning, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. I tossed in a bit of garlic powder for fun, but that’s just me. Turn the slow cooker on and walk away. Go clean the house. Go binge watch Narcos, Peaky Blinders, The Stranger, or Ozarks on Netflix. Go memorize the Prologue to Romeo & Juliet. When you come back later, you’ll just need to shred the chicken with two forks, and your crack chicken will be all done."
