Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

"Thai sweet chili sauce, is one of my favorite dipping sauces. I love having this with egg rolls, wantons, or even just simple french fries. You do get bottled thai sweet chilli sauce at the local grocer, but this recipe well is way better than what you get in a prepackaged bottle. I am sure once you start making this, I am sure that you will never buy store bought ones again. But I do urge you, when making this recipe please do use the fish sauce and rice vinegar, it makes a world of difference in the recipie."
