I kept hearing about this sriracha sauce and came looking for a recipe. I looked it up to see what it was (we don't have this in South Africa) and I saw that it was a hot sauce. I know this isn't the classic sriracha sauce but it looks good anyway. I make my own sauce with ketchup and mayo and call it 1 000 island sauce. I never thought to add something hot to it to give it a zing so this has given me a good idea.
