"Goan Curry Paste is a must in all Goan homes. This is a simple and easy Goan Curry Paste that you can make in a large batch and well freeze. Pull them out of the freezer as when you need to need to cook with it. With any good masala / pate that you make I would always advise that you use the freshest ingredients you can find your hands on. Goan cuisine, usually calls for coconut, and well this recipe is no different. The use of tamarind, and chili in this recipe do add tons of flavor. This Goan Curry Paste can be used in vegetable, seafood and even poultry."
