Notes*Include jalapenos even if you don't like spicy food. The fat and acid content of the guacamole will keep it from being spicy, and the jalapeno adds fantastic flavor to the dish.

Ingredients
- 2 Avocados, pit and skin removed
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Diced roma tomato (about 1 tomato)
- 1 cup Diced red onion (about 1 small onion)
- 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Diced jalapeno*
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt to taste

Cut avocado, remove pit and scoop out inside

In medium mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork

Mix in everything else. Salt to taste.
