Bake fries according to directions on the bag until they are nice and crispy.

Remove fries from oven and top with Cheddar cheese, bacon, salt and pepper.

Love this cheese fries. Perfect recipe to serve at a party. Very easy to prepare and the ingredients are readily available. I can imagine the taste of the baked fries.

Ok, I'm confused In the recipe under the ingredients, there's a note talking about authentic Texas chili...are they referring to the sriracha sauce green onion or did I miss something? Loaded fries are so yummy and always a crowd pleaser when you have guests and need something quick...but I'm not sure how I feel about bacon on my fries.
