Ingredients
- 6 sheets Sushi seaweed (or Nori)
- 1 Batch cooked sushi rice
- 1 Raw salmon (around 230 grams) or any desired raw fish
- 1 cream cheese (115 grams), sliced into strips
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Soy sauce for serving

Take a bamboo mat and put your seaweed on it. Evenly spread the prepared sushi rice on the seaweed. Use a rice paddle to smooth the layer. Be gentle you don’t want to press it too hard.

Now spread layers of salmon, cream cheese, and avocado on the rice. Roll it tightly, then slice it into small rolls with a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce and enjoy.
