I had to try this Frog Eye Salad simply because the idea of mixing Acini De Pepe with Cool Whip absolutely intrigued me. The wonderful combination of flavors and textures in this salad is beyond belief. It is citrusy, creamy, sweet and satisfying, perfect for pot lucks and family bar b ques.
