Southern Potato Salad
"This Southern Potato Salad recipe is the best classic, creamy version that is perfectly mixed with hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, pickle relish and a dash of mustard. I love using white potatoes because they are creamier in my opinion but you can also use red potatoes or yukon potatoes as well. One tip that is a must is to cool the potatoes after cooking them so they stay firm when mixing. It’s a must-have for any Holiday dinner or Summer barbecue...just like my grandmother used to make at all our family get-togethers."
