Spicy Garlic Spanish Potatoes Patatas Al Pil Pil Recipe
"These Spicy Garlic Spanish Potatoes, known in Spain as Patatas al Pil Pil, are packed with flavors, easy to make and done in 30 minutes. Serve them as a tapas appetizer or even as a side dish, next to some Spanish cod and a salad. What gives these potatoes that spicy kick is the hot smoked Spanish paprika. You can also use half the amount of chili powder. Either way, the secret is to add just a bit, enough for a spicy kick, as Spanish cooking is not known for having dishes that are too spicy."
