This is snack as a meal. This is basically my recipe for Italian cheese bread with bacon and jalapenos added. It is also cut before it is baked instead of after. I think it could be done either way. Cutting before will just make sure all the edges are crispy on each piece instead of just the outside as it would be if it was baked first. The flavor is still great. I think it is faster to put everything on it and than cut instead of adding the bacon and pepper after it is all cut.

My family would love this. It is a quick and easy recipe. You could serve it with spaghetti or as a snack. We make home made pizza at least once a week and I never thought to use the dough as bread sticks. We all love spicy food, so the jalapeno is perfect.
