Cinnamon Coconut Keto Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut butter
- 1 cup coconut shreds
- 1 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute, or until fully blended.

For garnish, place cinnamon at the bottom of the silicone mold.

Spoon mixture into the silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely solid.
