When I first saw this recipe I thought... whaaat? But I love lemon poppy seed muffins, so I figured, what the heck, I'd give it a try. I am so glad I did. They are absolutely delicious, and combined with the yogurt, honey and cinnamon dip is shear perfection. Don't let this recipe intimidate you. It's really well written and easy to follow.
