We often have "Dip Day" at work when everyone brings in different dips to try - this one looks like a great recipe for next time! The sweet and salty combination of the peanut butter and marshmallow sounds very yummy, and would taste great not only with fruit but with crackers, cookies or even pretzels! Can't wait to give this one a try - I might even stir in some chocolate chips!

I am so intrigued by this peanut butter spread. In the picture it appears as a white spread. I read the recipe and it says marshmallow fluff was added to the peanut butter mixture. And it was probably white marshmallow fluffs thus the white color. I would like to try making this Amish Peanut Butter Spread and introduce it as another dip option to my family. The Amish people really have good recipes that we can try out.
