Ingredients

1 (18-ounce) box chocolate cake mix
1 tablespoon corn oil
3/4 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup marshmalle creme
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine the cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat for two minutes or until smooth.
Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, making no more than 6 on each sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until browned. In a medium bowl combine the butter, marshmallow creme, and sugar.
Beat until smooth, approximately 2-3 minutes. When the cookies are cool, sandwich pairs to gether with marshmallow fillin in between, and serve.
