No Bake Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sweet Potato, Cooked and Mashed
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans
- 3 1/2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Oats
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Almond Milk, Optional if Mixture is Dry
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Cook sweet potatoes and let them cool.

Drain beans and mix all ingredients in a strong blender or food processor and blend, adding chocolate chips in last.

Roll into small bite sized balls and place on a baking sheet or a flat surface, and place in the freezer for one hour or more. Once bites are frozen, you can transition to a ziplock bag for storage.
