Yeah. For health reasons, I think Prince Harry and of course the bride Meghan Markle will prefer their bacon baked as it removes a lot of fat and the bacon is evenly cooked unlike when it is fried that leaves some part of the bacon unevenly cooked.

I love my bacon and I often forgo cooking it to avoid the splattered cooktop so cooking it this way in the oven does sound very tempting. I especially like my bacon crispy and you can be guaranteed that it will get crispy in the oven. Something else I don't like about bacon when you fry it is the way it curls in the pan and sticks so I definitely think this is the way to go!
