To make first take 5 potatoes and peel if possible use same size potatoes.

now firmly chop each potato into 6 to 8 wedges

then, start boiling potatoes for 3 – 4 minutes, while boiling does add some salt.

after boiling let it drain the water completely and keep the potatoes aside.

coat the wedges properly with 2 tbsp oil.

in the further process, add 1/4 cup corn flour, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, mixed herbs.
