Not surprisingly, this AIP fish bone broth has the same great benefits of eating fish. It offers some protein, as well as the following: Iodine – Deficiency of this mineral can wreak havoc on your thyroid Calcium – Good for your bones and muscles Gelatin – Some argue that gelatin is beneficial to bones and joints Healthy fats – Necessary for optimal heart and brain function Electrolytes – Recover from your workout with this broth!
