One can never have too many soup recipes. I have a recipe for Hungarian goulash that is so good and this recipe reminds me of that. With the addition of potatoes, that is. Adding paprika to any dish adds a lot of flavor. I can not wait to try this!

What I love about this soup (and all soups) is that once you add everything, your work is done and a little while later you have something delicious and hearty to eat. My favorite meals consist of some variation of meat and potatoes, especially in the winter. I think I'd just add some bread or a salad and I'd be good to go with this one.
