Halloween Spiderweb Carrot Soup

"This soup is creamy, healthy, and delicious. Using only basic and healthy ingredients, this soup is perfect for both kids and adults. Plus there's not much cleaning up to do afterward. What's not to like about it?  Though I've kind of created a Halloween theme for this carrot soup with a spiderweb, you don't really have to wait until Halloween to make this recipe.
