Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups vegetable stock or chicken stock
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Olive oil, a drizzle
Instructions

Heat a bit of olive oil in a saucepot over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
