Gosh I love this Old School Chicken Soup recipe. It has great depth of flavors, yet it is made with simple ingredients that you probably have on hand. I cut corners a bit and used a roasted chicken that I bought at the supermarket and it worked out great. Go ahead and satisfy that craving for a bowl of comfort food with this great tasting soup. All you need is add is some nice crispy Italian bread on the side, and dinner is served.
