- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Small Yellow Onion
- 2 Medium Carrots
- 3 Ribs of Celery
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 29 ounces Diced Tomatoes
- 15 ounces Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 15 ounces Cannellini Beans
- 15 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 15 ounce Ditalini Pasta

Over medium heat, brown the ground beef in a 5.5 quart dutch oven. About 7 minutes.

As the beef finishes browning drain off the majority of the grease. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.
