  • 6 Large Yellow Onions
  • 23 Fresh Sprigs Thyme
  • 8 Bay Leaves
  • 6 Sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 Bulbs Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons While Peppercorn
  • 30 cups Water
  1. In a large stockpot place all ingredients and cover with 30-32 cups of water.
