Will wheat flour work in your recipe? I think these beef ribs are going to go for a couples night when I want to make my hubby a homecooked meal and have a stay-in date night. I think he will appreciate that after the long year we have had. I haven't had short ribs for over 20 years, so I can't wait to eat these up.
