Extremely Easy Amish Friendship Bread

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, chopped, optional
Instructions
DAYS 5 and 10 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk Do not use metal pan or metal bowl to store. Do not refrigerate. Use plain flour. Day 1: You get the starter - do nothing Day 2, 3, 4: Stir with wooden spoon Day 5: Add 1-cup flour, 1-cup sugar, and 1-cup milk Day 6, 7, 8, 9: Stir with wooden spoon Day 10: Add 1-cup flour, 1-cup sugar and 1 cup milk Remove 1-cup mixture to save for a new batch Remove 1 cup for a friend Remove another 1 cup for a friend. Add above ingredients to the remaining mixture. Pour mixture into 2 well greased loaf pans (or 3 smaller loaf pans). Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350. Cool 10 minutes before removing.
