I think I have seen it all. I would never have thought of this. Then again, I am not much on making my own recipes as it is. For all the empy nesters that will not have a lot of family coming over, this is the perfect dish. For me, I can still have a great meal and have time to begin to put up my Christmas decorations the following weekend. Thanks for the recipe idea.

Okay so I will be working on Thanksgiving and I had no plans on preparing the traditional Thanksgiving meal as it will be just me and my husband this year. After seeing this post, I may just have to get this all started the day before and still home some semblance of a traditional meal without feeling overwhelmed.
