Cranberry Meatballs
These turkey cranberry meatballs are sure to be a hit at your holiday party.
If you're looking for a great Thanksgiving appetizer, or maybe a way to use up some leftover cranberry sauce, you've come to the right place.
These cranberry meatballs are absolutely scrumptious. They are sweet and savory, with a perfect tang from the cranberry sauce. Everyone will be heading back to the appetizer table for seconds!
As a bonus, this recipe is also very easy to make. You'll spend some time rolling out the meatballs, but otherwise the recipe cooks easily on the stove top. It's a great dish to make all season long.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- For the Sauce
- 1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar

These delicious cranberry meatballs are great as an appetizer for Turkey Day or as a main dish for any day of the week. This recipe makes a large batch, so it will serve 6 as a main meal or 10+ as an appetizer.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix first eight ingredients. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly.

Shape into 1-in. meatballs. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 20-25 minutes.

Set meatballs on paper towels to absorb some of the liquid.

In a large skillet, cook and stir sauce ingredients over medium heat until blended. Stir in meatballs; heat through.

I've been looking for something to bring to a Thanksgiving dinner other than pie, and these meatballs look perfect! I love the flavor combo of turkey and cranberry, was pleasantly surprised to see they are gluten free. I could also see my husband and I eating these as an easy weeknight meal.
