So, we decided that we should use that delicious leftover turkey and make a pot pie. The result is just what you’d expect. Delicious. So if you have some leftover turkey this Thanksgiving or Christmas, or if you just so happen to have some in freezer bags because you didn’t want to throw it away and you weren’t sure what you wanted to do with it. You know have your solution. Turkey Pot Pie. You can add in whatever vegetables that you would like. We went with the standard carrots and celery, but feel free to add in some corn, broccoli or even cauliflower.
