Ingredients
- 1 Acorn Squash
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 3 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder

If easily removed, pop the stem off the acorn squash so you don’t have to cut through it. If it won’t pop off, you can slice off that end of the squash.

Cut the squash in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and pulp.
