    Yum! I love that Brussels sprouts are so popular. This recipe looks awesome.

    I think that Brussels sprouts got a bad rap from people remembering the smell of them boiling in recipes of years past. When they are roasted, or even used fresh, they have a wonderfully mild, yet savory flavor. Not to mention, they are available year round since they grow so fast, and are so good for you!
