    Steaming hot, creamy, cheesy baked mashed potatoes is what you get when you make Casserole Mashed Potatoes. The cream cheese and sour cream give this mashed potato recipe a wholesome taste.

    Ingredients

    • 8-10 medium chef potatoes, boiled and smashed
    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 8 ounces sour cream
    • 1/4 cup real butter (1/2 stick)
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
       
    2. In a mixer bowl, combine potatoes, cream cheese and sour cream. Beat well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
       
    3. Turn potatoes into a casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake for 45 minutes.
