- 8-10 medium chef potatoes, boiled and smashed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup real butter (1/2 stick)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixer bowl, combine potatoes, cream cheese and sour cream. Beat well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn potatoes into a casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake for 45 minutes.
