Company Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds carrots, scrubbed or peeled, cut into coins, and cooked
- 1/4 cup water from cooking the carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1/4 cup fine cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon ground/grated horseradish
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Paprika
- chopped parsley
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together well. Bake at 325F for 15 to 20 minutes.
