Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 clove sliced garlic
- 1 small can tomato sauce or freshly made
- 2-3 fresh chopped leaves basil
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cooking wine or vodka
Instructions
In a medium size saute pan heat the oil and saute the garlic. Add cracked pepper and basil. Add cooking wine. Add cooked green beans and tomato sauce. Serve.
