    Grilled Chayote with Parmesan and Bread Crumbs

    Ingredients

    • 2 chayote squashes
    • Parmesan cheese (shredded)
    • bread crumbs
    • butter

    Instructions

    Cut chayotes in half and remove seeds. Cook is lightly salted boiling water. When cooked, peel, and poke with a fork. Spread on butter, parmesan and bread crumbs. Grill for 10/15 minutes on medium.
