This recipe is so light and pretty, it would be the perfect side for a spring or summer patio dinner! I love the bright green color and the varying sizes of the long uncut asparagus with the little peas - it is very appetizing. I toss a little bit of melted butter and lemon juice / zest with asparagus after I steam it, but this roasted version looks even more flavorful!
