    Ingredients

    • 2 cups corn
    • 2 medium unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced
    • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 1 teaspoon salt (or less)
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste
    • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix corn and remaining ingredients except tomato sauce in a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Pour sauce over top.
       
    2. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes.
