Banana Ice cream
Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 C soy milk
- 5 T sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Instructions
Peel and coarsely chop the bananas, then place them in a bowl and freeze for at least four hours. Put all of the remaining ingredients into a blender, add the now-frozen banana and blend to a thick, smooth consistency.
