Another yummy potato recipe similar to mojos. The cajun recipe is also exciting especially for those who love Mexican cuisine. I love cajun food especially the cumin spice used to make this recipe very flavorful.

Fried green tomatoes have always been one of my favorite things about having a garden! When I just can't wait for the bounty to turn red, I always have to make up some of these. Wasteful? NO! They're delicious! I like them just like this, or even topped with sauce and cheese and baked as a main dish similar to eggplant parmesan.
