Spicy Cowboy Caviar
"This recipe reminds me of a salsa-you can almost use it for anything! Add a few scoops to your chicken, steak, bake potato, or just enjoy as is. I prefer to dip extra salty tortilla chips in this dip, they make the perfect match. You just need to try it for yourself! I like to let my ‘caviar’ sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes after mixing so the dressing can absorb into all of the fresh ingredients. This is also a great way to use up any leftover veggies you are trying to get rid of! You’re welcome."
