Creamy Feta, Roasted Red Pepper & Dill Dip
"A deliciously creamy, yet low fat, dip – this Feta, Roasted Red Pepper and Dill Dip will be a hit! Make ahead, and serve with veggie dippers, or chips!"

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Weight Watchers Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
- 5 ounces roasted red peppers
- 3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Veggie dippers, to serve

Place the cream cheese, feta, roasted red peppers, garlic and black pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour/spoon mixture into a large bowl, and fold in the fresh dill.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour or two.

Serve with veggie dippers.
