Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 cups Canola Oil

Using a mandolin, slice the zucchini to 1/16th inch in thickness.
