Mexican Pinwheel Appetizers
Ingredients
- 1 pkg large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces can chopped black olives
- 4 ounces jar chopped red pimientos
- 4 ounces can chopped green chiles
- 3 Tbs chopped green onions
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Spread mixture on tortillas and roll up. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Slice 1/2-inch slices and serve. Note: Double or triple this recipe, because they go fast! They also keep well in the refrigerator

I wondered should the can of chopped green chilies be drained? Or left as is and mixed in with the other ingredients? Please let me know soon. This sounds good.

we make these......EXCEPT we add: sliced cheese couple slices ham or turkey lg lettuce leaf and sometimes use taco seasoning in the cream cheese. They disappear very quick.
