Spanish Vinegar & Garlic Mushrooms
"These Spanish Vinegar & Garlic Mushrooms are possibly the best mushrooms I have ever tasted. They´re packed with flavors, easy to make and the mushrooms have the most incredible texture. You can serve these mushrooms as a tapas appetizer, like they do here in Spain, or even as a side dish. They work perfect next to a Spanish tortilla and a side salad. What really flavors this dish is the vinegar and garlic. I used white wine vinegar, which is what´s typically used to make this recipe. However, you can use other vinegars, such as red wine or apple cider vinegar."
