Three Cheese Cranberry Flatbread
"My Three Cheese Cranberry Flatbread is creamy, cheesy and a bit tart from the cranberries. It’s the perfect holiday appetizer and is ready in minutes. Holiday entertaining can get a little hectic so I like recipes that I can prepare in advance and have them ready to assemble, cook, and eat in no time. Here are a few of my make-ahead tips for this recipe: Slice the rosemary and thyme and put them in a small zip-top bag and store them in the refrigerator. By the way, I like to use the snack-size zip-top bags for small things like cut herbs. Cream the cream cheese and jack cheese together and store the mixture in an airtight container. All you have to do now is assembly the flatbread for baking when you are ready to use it.
